Rep. Burchett Codifies Another President Trump Executive Order

Friday, September 26, 2025

Washington, D.C. (September 26, 2025)- Today, U.S. Congressman Tim Burchett introduced a bill aimed at promoting classical and traditional architectural styles in federal public buildings to enhance civic and national pride. This legislation codifies President Trump’s Executive Order No. 14344, which encourages the use of classical and traditional architecture in Federal public buildings that cost over $50 million.

America has turned away from its beautiful neoclassical government building designs, which showcased the power and ingenuity of our great nation. We are now left with eyesores made of concrete that have no meaning. This legislation will expedite the process, ensuring that future generations of Americans are given something they can be proud of.

“Our government buildings should be examples of our heritage and traditions,” Said Congressman Burchett, “I am thankful for President Trump’s belief in this mission, and I hope by getting this bill passed, we can speed up the process to make sure our future generations can be proud of what we have built here.”
