Services

In Congress, I have always worked to rein in Washington’s out-of-control spending, shrink the size of alphabet agencies, and make the federal government transparent and accountable to the American people. That is why I regularly vote against bloated spending bills and legislation that expands the size of the federal government.

Congressman Tim Burchett’s Knoxville office is partnering with the Library of Congress to preserve veterans’ stories through the Veterans History Project.

The Veterans History Project was created in 2000 by the United States Congress to collect, preserve and make accessible the firsthand accounts of U.S. military veterans so future generations can learn from their experiences and better understand the realities of war. The Veterans History Project is open to all military veterans and Gold Star Family members age 18 and older.
