KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Jan. 19, 2023) – U.S. Representative Tim Burchett (TN-02) will join the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability for the 118th Congress. This is the primary investigative committee in the U.S. House of Representatives and oversees government operations.
The Committee’s mission is to “ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of the federal government and all its agencies” and will be led by Chairman James Comer (KY-01).
