WASHINGTON – Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02) and Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler are asking residents of Knox County to keep an eye out for a missing member of the community. Jack Harrison, a 77-year-old man from Halls, was last seen on Nov. 17 at the Walmart in Halls.
