Following the vote, Rep. WASHINGTON, D.C. (Feb. 26, 2021) – Today, the Lee Administration announced global IT and business consulting company CGI, Inc. will open a new operation in Knoxville. CGI's new location will create 300 new jobs for East Tennesseans and generate economic activity in Knoxville through a $27 million investment. CGI will also partner with local higher education institutions like the University of Tennessee to help train and retain students in East Tennessee.
