ILA scored each member based on analysis of key votes that reflect the lawmaker’s view of the role of government. Members who scored 90% or higher received the “Champion of Limited Government” award. Rep. Burchett received a score of 98.61%.

The Veterans Protection from Fraud Act would add up to 10 years to a prison sentence for a criminal convicted of committing or conspiracy to commit telemarketing or email marketing fraud that targeted a veteran of any age.

This bill would prohibit the United States Postal Service (USPS) from retroactively requiring home builders to install cluster mailboxes at new housing developments and would require a one-time approval from a local legislative body regarding the placement of cluster mailboxes.
