Mark Messmer (R-Ind.) is a co-lead on the bill with Rep. Burchett. The legislation would authorize President Trump to commission privately armed and equipped actors to seize the persons and property of any cartel, cartel member, or cartel-linked organizations.

Commercial pilots are required to carry paper copies of their original medical and airman certificates in the event inspection is required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Administrator, a National Transportation Safety board representative, or federal, state or local law officials.

WASHINGTON, D.C., (November 20, 2024) – Today, U.S. Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02)’s bill that would lower the periodic transaction report timeline passed through the House Oversight Committee.

H.R. 10133, the "Timely Stock Disclosure Act" would require Members of Congress and senior government officials to report their stock transactions within 15 to 30 days as opposed to the previous 30 to 45 day requirement.
