After 42 days of Senate Democrats holding the government and the American people hostage, the House has passed a bill to fully reopen the federal government.

This legislation codifies President Trump’s Executive Order No. 14344, which encourages the use of classical and traditional architecture in Federal public buildings that cost over $50 million.

(July 22, 2025) - Today, U.S. Congressman Tim Burchett successfully offered a motion directing the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to issue a subpoena compelling Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell to appear for a deposition. The motion passed the Government Operations Subcommittee unanimously and follows a formal request submitted by Rep. Burchett last week urging the Committee to secure Ms. Maxwell’s testimony.
