The Legislative Line Item Veto Act of 2025 amends the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to grant the President the authority to propose cancellations of specific discretionary budget amounts, direct spending items, or targeted tax benefits within 30 days of a bill's enactment.
